Standard Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods & Services in relation to Lasercut Baseboard kits and accessories by Chris Gough T/A Model Layout Services, Crtoagn, Ladybank Rd, Pitlessie, Fife. KY15 7SP


1 Pricing and Payment
1.1 All prices on the website for goods that are in stock are correct at the time of publication.
1.2 Prices for goods that are out of stock are indicative only and subject to change without notice.
1.3 We are not VAT registered therefore no VAT is charged.
1.4 Orders placed are handled via Ionos ecommerce and Stripe, where their terms and conditions apply.
1.5 Payment for Goods and services can be made via the website using Stripe's secure payment gateway or using a Bank Transfer (details on request).  
1.7 Baseboards are made to order and the lead time can vary and may be up to (or over) 10 working days from your order and payment.
1.8 EU and Overseas Customers Unfortunately we cannot at present ship baseboards outside the UK.

2. Web site information
2.1 All diagrams, illustrations, descriptions and dimensions which appear in this website are approximate and are included for guidance purposes only.
2.2 Information contained on the website is correct to the best of our knowledge. This information may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 In line with our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to make design or product alterations, or to discontinue any items as may be deemed necessary without prior notice.

3 Items in Stock
3.1 We do not currently stock baseboards.  They are all made to order.

4.Title
Title of goods supplied does not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.

5 Returns
5.1 We regret that we cannot accept goods back for credit unless they are returned within fourteen days after their receipt, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make a handling charge where goods of merchantable quality are supplied according to your instructions.
5.1.1 We regret that we can not accept goods back for credit if they have been specially ordered and are not within our normal product line.
5.2 If goods are found to be faulty, we must be informed in writing (either via Email or letter) and the goods returned to us with their original packaging, for either a full refund or replacement item.
5.2.1 If the goods are faulty but have been modified in any way then we reserve the right to investigate the cause of the fault and where this is directly as a result of the modification then we reserve the right to not replace the item.

6. Delivery
6.1 Goods are normally shipped using  APC, any time scales provided for delivery are an estimate only, we shall not be held liable for any loss, charges or caused by a delay in delivery.
6.3 In case of short delivery or damage, the wrapping should be retained and you should inform us within 3 working days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Customer's statutory rights as a Consumer.
